Not if they don't say why. Because in many cases, it just means "PD in our
justistdiction". This doesn't say if it's PD by commons standards. We had
this
problem with the Canadian National Archive, iirc.
Sounds logical. But we're talking about automated transfer with Flinfo.
Shouldn't we create a template for such cases, which we can check in
certain intervals? After all it's no different case than someone private
uploading copyvios on Flickr.
