It is a Commons sort of thing. And we should have
not only tutorials
about museum photography but also on other areas. Teaching our users how
to take pictures to be published in Commons our responsibility.
I think that it is at least relevant for Commons to have and produce such
documentation, and it is probably the sort of form that Wikiversity takes.
Maybe we could consider setting up an informatl special interest group or
"task force" to create such things on Wikiversity.
Rama: I miss some examples of good museum pictures on the tutorial,
you included mostly what not to do.
Because I suck, so I have lots of examples of the later and few of the
former :p
Actually, I only put my own images as examples of things to do if they have
been promoted to QI or FP beforehand; and it is difficult to give examples
of images made by other people because I don't know the specific
difficulties that they encountered to make them. I would be very grateful if
someone could exhibit examples of good images which were produced by
compromising on some particular aspect.
