Whether something is a very good example of educational material or not is
completely independent of whether it is used in the main namespace of a
Wikimedia project.
Since Wikimedia projects do tend to have an educational objective if
they have chosen not to use material you think is a very good example
of "very good example of educational material" you are either wrong or
they are stunningly incompetent. The former seems rather more likely.
