And on articles with 100+ images? Images authored by a dozen people,
uncommon, but should you get less attribution just because you
collaborated? ... And what about all the authors of text? It would be
unfair and unreasonable to give the authors of images substantially
more prominent credit than the authors of the text. ... and having
dozens, if not hundreds, of text authors is not too uncommon.
