[Xmldatadumps-admin-l] Migrating storage2 to dataset1

So we were happily moving lots of snapshots over to dataset1 when we 
were hit with low level kernel errors and numerous rsync hangs.

As a result the ops team has decided to take down the box for hardware 
checks and a possible new fs.

This means that we will not be doing the migration until the hardware is 
ready.

Thus i'll turn up the thread count and get us back onto our normal schedule.
