[Xmldatadumps-admin-l] Migrating storage2 to dataset1

Thanks to our ops team we have a new and shiny 27T storage server to 
keep more data sets.

In order to prep for the migration we'll be slowing down the snapshot 
system in the next days to let some of the current jobs finish but let 
only a minimal amount of new ones start.

I'll be migrating the data over the next set of days and will update 
when we have more info.
