What kind of broken links are you talking about? If they are to the
main page, then whoever goes there can simply click on the "English"
link with no confusion whatsoever. And if you're talking about the
http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/something links, they all redirect to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/something.
