The problem with that (AFAIK) is that the DIV needs to know how wide the
picture is -- otherwise the picture caption won't be made to wrap & can
take up the whole width of the page.
This is basically a shortcoming in HTML / CSS
So even smart markup would need to include a property indicating the width.
Eg:
>300px>>[[Image:foo]]>>caption
for a right-floated box
