[Wikimania-l] Program submissions, reserving vacation

Hello all, two quick things:

== Program : Tutorial submissions ==

We have some sweet tutorial/workshop submissions so far; we could
certainly use more.  If want a tutorial to happen, but can't run it
yourself, encourage other talented friends and editors to run one.

Rich H @ Honeywell plans to come to wikimania... works with wikis, but
notes 'free form, rather unmanaged, group collaboration is a bit
scarey!'
