In Kazakh Wikipedia, we don't let the woman to admin. And in Kazakh, only has
the single word for "aggressive", "assertive", and something else which in
english start a-double-s.

I imagine the gender bias is very strongly tied to the, ah, computer nerd bias
(says the fool who just used an "XML tag" in his writing). It might not be very
enlightening to look at them separately. But this is an uneducated guess.
