This and the other idea about having the move button go to a page
explaining to a newbie how to get things moved are both neat. However they
probably involve using extension capabilities that the software doesn't
(yet) possess.
We can hope that a later version, if we nudge it a bit, will be as
versatile as this.  Meanwhile our developers are probably busy trying to
make Mediawiki more stable under heavy load when running with mysql.
