The issue is a couple of steps removed from the ultimate goal of a great 
encyclopedia.  Badly behaved people of any kind are an impediment to 
achieving that.  Article material that is contrary to key rules is only 
one form of bad behaviour; persistent complaining about colleagues is 
another.
