No more so than is taking place with controversial images already. And 
as Nicholas has noted categories are highly unlikely to be have such 
vague labels as "offensive". The point, remember, is that we are trying 
to identify not "offensive" but "potentially offensive", therefore 
category labels would be chosen for the NPOV quality. Can you really 
see people arguing over whether an image is of "human body parts"?
