Sure. I'm not saying all the tags should go, but I don't think including so 
many tags is not going to help it get fixed any faster than one or two. And 
if you look at the edit history, there really isn't any sort of "on-going 
content dispute"--only a random editor who stopped by and slapped a whole 
bunch of tags on the article and has not since returned. Though he/she did 
at least leave a note about what they felt was not NPOV on the talk page, 
which I think is an absolute minimum for placing an NPOV tag on an article 
in the absence of an ongoing dispute.
