[WikiEN-l] Template madness

I agree that we should move the tag location of many tags to the talk
pages. [[WP:RM]] does this with the {{move}} tags. I suppose a
{{tagged}} tag could be made to indicate the sub-par-ness of the
article, with a link to the talk: page and an edit link.
