Hmmm ... one thing that went on from April 1 to April 4 2005 is that WP went 
up 10 ranks at Alexa - as I saw by chance a moment ago - rising from 100 to 
90.  So perhaps it wasn't all bad.

I'd agree that Wiki-en could be more original next year.  By then, I think, 
there should be an expectation that it will be getting up to something worth 
tuning in for.  That is, we should play on the idea that WP will amuse in 
some less-predictable fashion.
