Liebe Leute,

hier drei Mails aus WikiEN-l, wikitech-l und intlwiki-l, die ich 
interessant fand. In Kürze: Es gibt jetzt eine Mailingliste für das 
Wiktionary, Sysops können jetzt andere Nutzer zu Sysops machen (das ist 
natürlich rein technisch gemeint, am Entscheidungsprozess ändert sich 
dadurch nichts!), und Timwi regt eine Diskussion über das Layout der 
Linkkästchen an, die in letzter Zeit vermehrt unter vielen Artikeln 
auftauchen. Das richtet sich zwar vor allem an die englische Gemeinde, 
aber im Sinne eines einheutlichen Erscheinungsbildes ("corporate design" 
:-) ) können wir da ja ruhig mitmischen.

If anyone is interested in continuing a discussion about improvements, 
ideas, etc. for the Wiktionary, a new mailing list has been created for 
just that reason.

More experimenting with sysopping schemes: all sysops can now make other
sysops, using [[Special:Makesysop]]. The feature was fairly rougly
converted over from the "bureaucrat" access scheme, and you may still
see the word "bureaucrat" bandied about occasionlly.

Of course, you should still need to get community approval before you
make sysops.
