In the meanwhile interested people can use 
http://koti.kapsi.fi/~federico/crstats/extensions.txt and 
http://koti.kapsi.fi/~federico/crstats/core.txt . The visual indicator 
could be a gerrit or phabricator plugin I suppose (as diffusion has most 
repos now).
