S, thanks for the comments and edits. Everybody is welcome to edit the
page, it is not against the rules of Google Code-in.

Mayank's task was to move setup information to a separate page and, as far
as I am concerned, the task is completed. (Google Code-in students can work
only on one task at any given time, and he is already working on his third
task.) I have told him that further edits to the page (and any other page)
are welcome, but completely optional.

Everybody else, feel free to edit the page according to comments that S
made, you do not have to wait for Mayank. :)

Not related, but if you wanted to try IRC, Mayank and I (and a couple of
other Code-in students that are working with us) are communicating there a
lot. Join us at #wikimedia-qa. I am zeljkof there.
