Do you mean you didn't run any kind of install or update script?
Anyway, what I meant by "command-line" is that you can't execute that
maintenance script as a web-page, you have to be able to log into your
server with ssh or telnet or somesuch and run it from a command
prompt.
However, looking at your site, I discovered what may have caused the
problem:
http://dhost.info/travian2005/Wiki/index.php/MediaWiki:Sidebar
already exists, with the cryptic content "Closed". This will probably
have stopped any upgrade script putting the default content into the
page, explaining why it's broken.
So, assuming nothing else is wrong, all you need to do to fix this is
to edit that page (MediaWiki:Sidebar) to contain the structure of your
navigation bar(s). The default appears to be what I've copied below;
