And, just in time, I got an update from Brion on the tech side of things:

Tim is going to work on the voting code over the weekend, and expects
to have time to work during the day Tuesday/Wednesday to tidy up
anything not already done. Wednesday (April 1) is on target for
completing the updated software; to get a live demo running with the
offsite counting page he needs to coordinate w/ the SPI contact. Tim's
checking w/ them now to confirm times to work together on that.
