Almost 200,000 on enwiki alone, but nice thought.

Commons and en have gotten the bulk of the effort.  Some of the others
have followed that lead, but a more organized effort is needed.

Default terms on the Mediawiki installation setup explicitly mention
GDFL as "Wikipedia compatible".
