[Licom-l] Second report on # of votes‏

As promised, this is the second interim report on the voting so far.

Up to April 25, a grand total of around 15,300 votes have been casted. Between the first week and the second week, about 4500 votes were casted. That is, on average, about 640 votes per day. However, the voting was started to slow down by the last 2 days of the second week, with only 500 votes casted on those 2 days.
