[Licom-l] Jump page language issues?

When one visits /wiki/Special:SecurePoll/vote/1 there is a message
that should jump one to the SPI server.

Can anyone confirm whether or not this message is localizing correctly?

I've tried changing my language preference and using uselang and yet I
seem to only be able to see this page in English.  (This includes the
surrounding and unrelated interface text that shows as English even
after setting my user preference to something else.)

I suspect we would have heard a lot more about it if this was never
working, but perhaps it is only honoring site preferences and not user
preferences?  Since I am only vote eligible from English language
sites, I have no way of telling what the jump text page would display
on a foreign language site.

Can someone who is authorized to vote on a non-English wiki confirm
whether the jump page correctly shows the site language?
