Tim,

For the purposes of identifying bad votes, sockpuppetry, etc.  It
would be nice to have some filtering tools.

For example a way of listing only votes where the same username was
used more than once, or the same IP, or whatever other simple tech
standards exist that might indicate abuse / duplicate voting.  There
are legit reasons for multiple uses of the same IP/username/etc. so
they need to be looked at by hand, but it would be nice to have a way
to generate a list that focuses on such suspicious cases.  Sorting by
IP, name, etc. helps, but with many thousands of ballots it still
doesn't work all that well.
