Hello, 

I started to strike some duplicate votes and I noticed something. I don't
know of this is a bug or something that can be changed now but I noticed
between the 5 and 10 votes on the first 1000 votes that have voted first
from meta at wikipedia and than again from en at wikipedia or something like that.


Can that be stoped?
