The test vote is available at [[Special:SecurePoll/vote/6]] on all
Wikimedia wikis. The real vote is at [[Special:SecurePoll/vote/1]]. For
the admin interface, see
<https://wikimedia.spi-inc.org/index.php/Special:SecurePoll>

It would be helpful if someone could compile a list of usernames and
email addresses for the people who wish to be election administrators.
This gives you the ability to update translations, see private voter
data such as IP addresses, and to strike votes. We've locked down
account creation on the SPI wiki for now so that these accounts can be
set up securely.

Once that's done, the SecurePoll translations can be set up using
[[Special:SecurePoll/translate/1]]. Translations for the MW messages
should ideally be done via translatewiki.net, rather than the MediaWiki
namespace. We can get Michael to update regularly from svn.

The translations on the jump (Wikimedia) side, specifically the vote
title and the warning about transferring to another site, will probably
have to be uploaded by me since they are copied to all ~700 wikis. But I
suppose if someone puts them into [[Special:SecurePoll/translate]] on
the SPI wiki, then I can easily copy them from there.
