I've asked Brion/Tim for an update on the deployment front, but my
sense is that we may have to delay until April 7-ish to make sure the
system is properly tested and a good baseline of translations is in
place. I'll post a final update on this tomorrow.

Ryan makes a good point with regard to the license template situation,
which is separate from the voting process. Ryan, can you perhaps start
collecting some of the information - which templates need to be
updated, etc. - on a Meta page, and we can try to rally folks to
contribute missing info?
