[Labs-l] Backlinks counter for Wikipedia articles?

Thanks for pointing this out Tim :)

I knew that I could apply for a toolserver, but didn't realise this would
include access to a replica of the database so thought we still wouldn't be
able to get what we were looking for this way. I will get the ball rolling
with this as soon as possible as we are very keen to start contributing to
the available tools and queries.
