File a bug<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Wikimedia%20Labs&component=tools&format=guided>requesting
that the p7zip-full package be installed on exec nodes.

You might also submit a patch, which would look very much like
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/131053/. This might speed up the process
slightly.

I also note that 7zr is available already on exec nodes. I don't know what
the difference might be between that and 7z.
