While the initial copy is not complete, I decided to make the new server
visible from labs[1] now rather than later: incomplete up-to-date dumps
are arguably better than complete but obsolete ones.

That said, the /dumps/ themselves are complete; what is currently
missing is part of the incrementals, and all of the pageviews (both will
come gradually over the next couple days).

[1] If you have a project that uses dumps but isn't tools, then you may
need to explicitly unmount and remount /public/dumps -- puppet is not
very good at understanding that the mount source has changed and
attempts to just remount the filesystem.
