So, an update: we'll be pushing this back a week to Monday Aug 27th.
We've made good progress, but testing isn't totally complete. Rolling
back the upgrade will be very difficult, so we want to do a decent
amount of testing. So far we've completed the following:

1. Updated puppet configs to support diablo and essex, and multiple regions
2. Updated OpenStackManager to support:
    * Nova API
    * Essex release of OpenStack
    * Multi-regions
3. Brought up the eqiad region to test Essex
4. Installed MediaWiki with new OpenStackManager in eqiad for testing

What still needs to be done:

1. Full testing of OpenStackManager against a production like environment
2. Full infrastructure testing of OpenStack Essex in a production like
environment
