I'm running it with this command:

sudo ~ptarjan/local/hiphop-php/hphp/hhvm/hhvm -m server -c
/var/lib/hiphop/mw/config.hdf

Feel free to kill that process and start your own if you need to make
changes.

@Chad: Can you setup LocalSettings.php?
