[Engineering] Wikimedia Hackathon 2019: Registration Open!

Hey everyone!
Quick update about hackathon registration / request for scholarship
interest.

We have pushed back the final WMF registration date to 11 January, 2019 to
give people some space after the holidays. More details about the decision
process are here:

As a request, we are also looking to get the word out further into the
wiki-verse for scholarship registrations (the deadline for scholarship
registration is 4 January)! So please forward the community registration
opening announcement to lists or people who you think might be a good fit
for the event.  Feel free to direct any community members with questions to
me.
