Hi Samito,

It's really great that you want to cover the FoP debate. I have put the 
latest version of the press release on the meta site, where it is freely 
accessible:

There have been real legal consequences as the result of photos of 
buildings taken in public places. None of the cases, as far as I know, 
have dealt with regular tourists uploading photos on social-media sites. 
However, if you offer the photos to the public in a systematic manner or 
commercially, legal action from the building's copyright holder is more 
likely.

I would not view this as a part of the larger discussion on the proper 
balance of power between the EU and the member countries. That issue 
would fall quite far outside the scope of the Wikimedian effort in Brussels.
