[Advocacy Advisors] Tagalog Wikipedia considering protest against the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Discussion on the blackout has been suspended pending a final decision of the Supreme Court: a 120-day temporary restraining order was issued in September against the law.

It seems that there's relatively broad-based support from editors in the Philippines, with a few opposes, but the discussion is still open if people want to join in.
