There was a proposal for this blackout to occur on English Wikipedia for
readers the Philippines. Did that get closed?

Tagalog only accounts for 3.7% of readership from the Philippines.

Are other websites blacking out in the Philippines?

NOTE: Please encourage all the community to join Wikipediang Tagalog talk
about the proposed pagsasansala (blackout) of Wikipediang Tagalog against
Republic Act No. 10175, or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. Please
