I've have created a Labs-Project for Wikiversity
Sandbox Server-Project
(named "wikiversity-sandbox" on Labs). We have also got an public IP for the
project so I created a central MediaWiki for the start:

only a minimalistic Main page, but I hope someone will create some better
layout ;-)
