Well you could use mediaWiki.loader.load in a module's script or in a
module's loader script.
Roan and I plan to change the API of mediaWiki.loader.load for external
scripts today/tomorrow, so stay tuned. The change will likely be taking
an object for non-module scripts.
I will send info to the list when it changes.
