people are already working on it, here you say it has been removed
because you don't think it meets the criteria, which is it?
Is there a final decision on this? There still appears to be confusion
over whether this is a Google SoC project or not and we now need to know
whether it is worth applying for. We could just apply and watch our
applications get ranked out of oblivion, but if there's little point in
applying I'd rather know so I can focus my efforts elsewhere :)
I hope I don't come across a little obtuse, I'm just on my way to a
lecture so typing this quickly.
