Let's just say that I completely disagree with that statement.
I must say I agree. Another point to be made is organization, not all
wikipedias will be organized the same and we can't expect them to be, the
language they are written in, and the culture of the people that write them
will obviously affect how they are organized, and probably their contents
too. What is more lets say (hypothetically) We have the Category
"Chemistry", but people over in the X wikipedia actually have 2 different
words for what we call chemistry, and none of them are perfect translations
with concepts being split between the two. This is a real possibility and we
have to be sensitiveto that, 1:1 linking is not allways ideal.
