I personally don't think it's worth fixing. The likelihood of error
in keeping the categorylinks table up-to-date with page moves is just
too great to be worth bothering over.
We could at least partially fix it by
allowing to filter by type
(file|category|page) instead of namespace, and provide a mapping from
clnamespace to cltype for backwards compatibility (6 -> file, 14 ->
category, any other number -> page).
