short Question: Why you don't use "&&" like in Java? If you do so,

later use "||" for OR and "!!" for NOT.
With this you can realise "Category:9/11&&People" and more complexe
querys
like "Category:9/11&&People||buildings" which gives all People or
Buildings
which have to do with 9/11.
For such complex queries I guess you'd have to define an operator precedence,
or you would have to use brackets all the time: "Category:9/11&&(People||
Buildings)" is something completely different than
"Category:(9/11&&People)||
Buildings", which is not what you want. Isn't that too complex for
the average user?
