This works.
DELETE FROM user WHERE user_id NOT IN (SELECT DISTINCT(rev_user) FROM
revision);
DELETE FROM user_rights WHERE ur_user NOT IN (SELECT user_id FROM user);
Of course if this first one didn't work, you might be gambling on the
2nd..... muhahah - just kidding.
