Hi,
I have a simple question
What is the average size of a wikipedia article in Spanish?
I need this to calculate the amount of articles that can be included
on a CD. Subsequently, this size will be compressed by LZMA2 (OpenZIM
format)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Size_comparisons => is updated?
The text of the 30000 largest articles (from 534790 to 17188 bytes) sum
1016892130 bytes, so that's on average 33896 bytes *just for the text*
(uncompressed).
I think this is an excellent size. Thank you very much, again. ;)
It is likely that this amount should be deposited in a DVD
