The 1.35.0-wmf.11 version of MediaWiki is again blocked[0].
The new version is deployed to group 1 except for Commons[1], but can
proceed no further until this issue is resolved:
* Wikibase[MediaInfo?] throwing "Cannot access the database: No working
replica DB server: Unknown error"

Once these issues are resolved train can resume. If these issues are not
resolved before Thursday, the train will resume in January.
