That number is not always updated (especially after mass deletions and
the like). I see possibly incorrect numbers also for es.source and
de.source.
By the way, following previous discussions, I've opened
<http://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Scriptorium#Include_pages_.28and_poss…>,
a proposal to make the official article count more realistic on all
Wikisources. Please comment and support so that we can file the request
to sysadmins on bugzilla.
After that, we'll need in any case to update the article count, and
problems like it.source's one (if any) will be resolved as well.

I found out that I can write reviews in Google Book Search.
I didn't know this feature existed, so maybe it's new.
I took the opportunity to add a "review" that informed that
this particular volume is being proofread at Wikisource,

Is this something we should do systematically? There are
24 volumes in the Swedish Wikisource alone, that are based
on scans from Google. (So I guess there could be hundreds
in the English Wikisource.)
Did anybody try this already? Did you run into any problems?

Hello Wikisourcers.
Wikimedia Italia is very proud to announce you the release of the new
WikiGuide, a video tutorial dedicated entirely to Wikisource.
The video, directed by Christian Biasco and produced by WMI, is a seven
minutes long presentation of Wikisource projects,
aimed to introduce new users into the complex mechanisms of the digital
library.
This is the third WikiGuide available, after the first on Wikipedia and the
second on Commons.
The video is available on Commons at the URL
