Subject: Re: [Wikiquote-l] OTRS?
- I don't know the setting of Spanish Wikquote and its real activity.
If Drini can tell us how info-es team treat inquiries even vaguely, it
would be informative. Also, info on Spanish Wikiquote would be helpful
... Drini, could you please give us the URLs? How do Spanish Wikiquote
visitors learn the contact address?
-- I would also like to see this. I was looking around es-wikiquote
earlier and couldn't find a page for contact information. I would like to
see what they are currently doing.
- However if we and our "customers" would like info-xx people to deal
with inquiries aside Wikipedia, what we need to do first would be to
set up a page which clearly lead people to write a mail to
info-xx(a)wikimedia.org. I am not sure if the current English Wikiquote
way works well.
-- It may not work well, but the page they have set up *is* easily
accessible. You can get to it right from the sidebar.

P.S. I hate cutting up people's posts but it looked like the best way here.
