I got one of these too, I assume he spammed a bunch of people. There
aren't any details, like say a link to the page in question, and the
account used has no history (just 2 edits, no user page), so it's rather
difficult to follow up unless he provides some info.
Despite the rumours, Wikipedians are not telepathic.
I have checked, and from his statement that Tannin did the blocking, the
text that he repeatedly inserted, and repeatedly got reverted on to be
subsequently blocked can be found at
http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=George_H._W._Bush&diff=1498…=1498950.
It basically consists of various unproven allegation of Bush Seniors
involvement in 50s and 60s CIA actions, in particular the invasion in the
Bay of Pigs and the assasination of John F. Kennedy.
I would propose to unblock him (IP address 203.118.177.231) after stating
that we consider his additions unproven allegations, and as such will not
be willing to include them unless he comes with evidence (either of them
being fact or of them being widely believed by those supposed to know
about these things).
