Nor do I have any desire to ever see that happen. We are an
_international_, _global_ project, not a series of _nationalistic_
projects following our own separate paths.
It is very important that steps be taken to ensure that those who
don't speak English have their interests well represented, there is no
question about that. But ensuring that is not the same thing as going
down a path of balkanization.
